| Vic Fontaine's holosuite program was taken
over by mobsters. The person who programmed Vic Fontaine added the
event to make the program more interesting. Chief O'Brien, Doctor
Bashir, and the rest of the DS9 crew were forced to use 1960s technology
and methods to get rid off Frankie Eyes and keep Vic Fontaine from being
destroyed. In the end they are successful by stealing the hotel's
money so that Frankie Eyes couldn't pay the person who gave him the money
to buy the hotel.
This episode was very off topic. Though I like Vic Fontaine, a Vic-centric episode was a bit extreme. However it was entertaining to see the characters interact with the 1962 Las Vegas program. Reviewed by: Andrew Luby
