Infinite Regress (VOY)

Review
Warning: Spoilers are contained in the following review.

As the episode first started I wasn't sure that it was going to be a very good one.  Don't get me wrong, I like Seven of Nine.  But the idea of the multiple personalities, while it offered an interesting story line, it just didn't seem to be very interesting to  me.  I was wrong.  I actually enjoyed this episode quite a lot.  While it wasn't(in my opinion) as good as last weeks Voyager("Timeless"), this episode still had its points.  The battle scene at the end could have been done better.  At least the ship shook from time to time and control panels blinked :)  As far as the story goes it turned out to be all right, while this wasn't one of the best Voyagers, it was definitely worth seeing.  This story had some serious implications as far as Seven of Nine's character development was concerned.  In the end she indicated an interest in participating in recreational activities.
I was happy to see Voyager actually hold out for a while in the battle, I've been getting tired of Voyager being out gunned and powered in every conflict.  My overall thoughts on this episode contradict my opening thoughts(as in many episodes).  I gave this episode a 7.5 rating because it was good to have an episode that explored in more detail Seven of Nine, and gave her some development.

Stardock Alpha rating:  7.5
